Basic Grooves is one of the longest running techno organisations in The Netherlands. The infamous club nights have become a corner stone of the techno scene in the east.

The celebration of the King’s birthday deserves a remarkable location. And we found jus that, at the Universiteit Twente’s campus.
Surrounded by green and water, once a year we make this our own technoterritory. Give in to the oasis and immerse into DE REACTIE.

At the entrance you will find the lockers where you can easily and safely store your belongings. The size of a locker is 30cm wide, 40cm deep and 24cm high. A locker costs € 10.
At the festival, you can get your locker via a QR code and an online payment.

In principle it is allowed to take pictures at DE REACTIE. We do ask you to be discrete, don’t use a flash light and leave your phone for what it is when you’re on the dancefloor.

Yes, you can smoke outside, not inside. Keep in mind that there are NO cigarettes for sale, so make sure you take enough with you.

By the looks of it, we’re blessed with a nice spring sun and little to no clouds. Beware though, it can still cool off quite a bit in the evening so bring a thick sweater and/or warm jacket.

All items will be placed on the “Lost or Found” website approximately 2 business days after the event. You can also make a report there yourself if you have lost something: see their FAQ for more information.

If you left something in your locker, you can contact Eventsafe using this form. They have collected all items left in the lockers.

- The purchaser will be charged 8% transaction fee. Originally paid service fees, will not be refunded when you sell your ticket.
- As a seller, offer your ticket by logging into your Basic Grooves-account. While ordering, you have also done this; it is done in the same way.
- Go to your order and click on ‘More actions’ and then on ‘Resale’.
- The seller will receive a confirmation as soon as their ticket was sold.
- The purchaser can withdraw their ticket at any time, as long as it is not sold yet or added to someones shopping basket.

If you come to DE REACTIE by taxi, make sure that the driver follows the signs “Taxi” in the direction of the taxi stand. From here the festival area is within walking distance. When you leave the festival area, taxis will be waiting at the special taxi stand.
