FAQ – CANCELLATION DE REACTIE 2021
Unbelievable, but true. Once again we were so close, until the whole thing got cancelled after all. DE REACTIE 2021 cannot take place, and that hurts. A lot. Everything was looking perfect for this event: the timing, the location, the line-up. This could only be incredible. Unless the entire thing doesn’t even happen, of course.
Since the event is not taking place, we are offering two options to all purchasers of tickets. We are unequivocally asking you to choose option 1, and we will elaborate on that below.
OPTION 1: MOVE YOUR TICKET TO DE REACTIE 2022 (27 April/ Kingsday)
Of course we’re going to make up for this big time. The new date is 27 April (Kingsday) 2022. Ideally we see you there as well, so we hope that you’ll move your ticket to this next edition. By choosing this option you helps us massively! With this option, you give us certainty and support. We need this to get to work with the next events. Furthermore, there is a significant chance for the ticket price to be higher next year due to higher costs, in which case you are benefitting from moving your ticket to next year. OPTION 2: REQUEST A REFUND (possible until Tuesday 30 November)
However, we do understand that for several reasons the above option might not work for you. Therefore it is possible to get your money back. With the above reasoning in mind, we really hope you’ll only go for this option if you see no other way. Aside from that it is thus possible that tickets for this event will be sold at a higher price. Having said that: the option is there. Under What if I can’t make it in April 2022? below, you will find information on how to request a refund.

Has DE REACTIE been cancelled entirely?
DE REACTIE has been definitively cancelled for 27 November 2021.
My tickets are valid for DE REACTIE 2022. What are the next steps?
All orders are automatically converted to DE REACTIE on 27 April 2022:
1. You can retrieve your order(s) via this link. (Note: may end up in your spam box).
2. Personalise your ticket(s).
If you have already personalised your tickets for DE REACTIE, you don’t have to do this again. Do you want to change a name on the ticket? You can do this in your order.
There is no rush to personalise your ticket(s): this is possible until the event. You will receive a reminder in due course if you have not personalised your ticket(s) in the meantime.
Will my entrance tickets remain valid?
Yes, these remain valid for DE REACTIE on 27 April 2022.

What if I can't make it in April 2022?
If you are unable to attend on 27 April 2022 and reselling your tickets to friends or acquaintances is not an option for you, there is also the possibility to get a refund for your (entire) order as main buyer.
You can start the process via this link. (A refund will take around 8 weeks and will be made via the same payment method as the original purchase). You can apply for a refund until 30 November 2021.

I have not received any newsletter from you. How is that possible?
The person who placed the order (the main booker) has received a newsletter from us.
If you are the main booker and have not received anything, please check your spam box. If you still can’t find anything, you may have unsubscribed from our newsletter in the past. If you want to receive updates about your purchased tickets, you can subscribe to the newsletter again at the bottom of the page (you can always unsubscribe by clicking the link in a newsletter).

I did not get my ticket(s) through the official ticketshop. What should I do?
We always advise everyone to get their tickets through our official ticketshop, so you are guaranteed a valid ticket. If you bought your ticket through another way, you will have to pick it up with the person from whom you bought the ticket.
